This class will review the basics of creating and baking naturally leavened bread from scratch at home.

You will learn...

- the FUNdamentals of yeast
- about making and maintaining your starter
- how to mix and develop your dough
- how to bake a rustic loaf at home

You will leave with...

- a simple country loaf recipe
- tasty bread in your belly

Flour and dough tend to get everywhere so dress appropriately. Although they will not be present, please be aware that we have dogs (in case you have allergies).
