Whenever I talk to people about Feast for Days, one comment that always comes up is, "This would be a great place for people with dietary restrictions to connect, share, and explore."
Well it's time I put my dairy free cheese where my mouth is.
After researching the dish whose previous main selling point for me was it's over abundance of dairy, making diary free/gluten free lasagna is not only possible but it looks super tasty (I've also had the chive ricotta cheese and it's great!).
If this is your first time cooking gluten/dairy free come join me in the process of learning by making. If you've cooked this dish (or other gluten free dishes) before, come help!
